I learn the most from the people I work with and the stories I hear. One man was caring for a mother with dementia. She was in the habit of drinking a lot of red wine which made the effects of dementia worse and left her feeling unwell most of the time.
Rather than taking away the wine, he substituted juice – cranberry or grape. She told him it was the best wine she had tasted and wouldn’t go back to the real thing. She felt better and things improved for both of them.
A wonderful way to help without arguing or saying no.
When someone writes an paragraph he/she maintains the idea of a user in his/her mind that how a user can understand it. Thus that’s why this post is great. Thanks!
